Healthy Hints
I've been thinking about all the junk food and lazy couch potatoes we can be. So I have been trying to find ways to be more healthy, like choosing stairs instead of elevator or eating granola instead of sugary treats. Then I realize we should do these things anyway. To stay healthy we need to push ourselves everyday. Of course not so fast or to hard. But we should run at a pace first and when we feel like it's time for a push, a challenge we should try it. I want to run around my uncle's apartment building 4 times a day, and on some days I feel so good I can run more laps. Then on other's I feel so exhausted that I only do 3-4. And I have decided to eat 3 meals and one mini snack after running a day. Sometimes I forget and so I run extra. I make sure to have some desserts a week, it won't hurt to have some sugar. And don't push yourself into not eating hardly nothing or run over max. Be sure you have a healthy schedule. Too little is unhealthy and too much is unhealthy, stay in the middle. You can even try a work out a week, have music too pump you up. Try to encourage your friends and family about being healthy or have them do this with you. There are a lot of work out videos too help, but make sure their on your level.
